At Gepetto, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion choices. If your purchase doesn't fit perfectly or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange items within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Request a Return

  Log into your Gepetto account and visit the 'My Orders' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization code.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached. Ensure the garments are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized courier point or schedule a home pickup using the prepaid shipping label provided in your account.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
